Leonard Fournette, star of the NFL, was saved from death on the morning of Tuesday, June 27, after his car caught fire while traveling on the highway.
Leonard Fournette, who was proclaimed NFL champion with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2020 season, shared through social networks the accident in which he was about to die.
“Man, it was one of those days, but I want to thank God, my car caught fire while driving it. But, I am still blessed,” the 28-year-old wrote.
So far, it is unknown why the luxury SUV the seventh-year veteran was traveling in caught fire.
Fournette is still waiting to sign with a new team for the next season in the gridiron, after being cut by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March of this year.
