The 49ers continue to ride the hot hand of Brock Purdy, as the rookie QB remained undefeated in his NFL career with a 19-12 win over the Cowboys.
The Iowa State product threw for 214 yards without a turnover, and Christian McCaffrey rushed in for the team’s lone touchdown. Robbie Gould remained perfect in his career in the postseason, going 4-for-4 on field goals.
It marks the second consecutive year that San Francisco is in the NFC Championship, and the third time in the last four seasons. The 49ers lost to the Rams last year in the conference title game. The last time the Eagles made the NFC Championship was in 2017, when they throttled the Vikings on their way to a Super Bowl LI win.
